What we see, what we keep, and what we never do.
Short version: you start us with nothing, and you decide every step.
Six promises
- We only read what you choose to show us, and we start with no access at all.
- We only use AI providers whose terms rule out training on your data.
- Nothing we build sends, replies or deletes without a person approving it.
- We keep what we need for the work, and delete it when the work ends or when you ask.
- Your information is never shared with another client.
- The form collects your name and work email, only so we can reply. Ask us to delete it by replying to any email from us.
Access comes in stages
You move from one stage to the next only when you choose to.
Stage one: talking
The first conversation needs no access at all. We ask questions about your week.
Stage two: a sample you pick
If you want, send a few past quotes, forms or invoices. You choose what. We use it to show you what the output would look like.
Stage three: read-only access
If you go ahead, we ask to read only what the job needs. For a quote desk, that's the sales inbox and rate sheets. For a payment-change check, it's the invoice mailboxes.
Read-only means it can look but not act. It can't send, reply, delete or move a thing. Drafts wait for a person.
Stage four: off, whenever you like
Remove the access and it all stops at once. You don't need us to do it.
Drafts, not actions
Nothing we build sends a message, pays an invoice or changes a record on its own. It prepares the work for a named person. That person decides. If they do nothing, nothing happens.
What we never do
- Ask for passwords to systems the job doesn't need.
- Use one client's records to do work for another.
- Let a draft go out without a person's approval.
When the work ends
We hold only what the work needs. When it ends, we delete it. Ask sooner, and we delete it sooner.
Questions about your data are welcome in the first conversation.
Next: a first conversation.
